In-Store Return Policy

You may return any undiscounted item within 7 days of purchase with receipt and tags still attached for exchange only.

We can exchange an item for another item of equal value or give you a gift card for the value of your return. 

Currently the following items are considered final sales:

⦁ Swimwear
⦁ Formalwear
⦁ Lingerie
⦁ “As is” items
⦁ Shoes and accessories (purses, scarves, hats, sunglasses, jewelry, etc.)
⦁ Housewares & bedding
⦁ Any discounted item, special promotion or clearance item
 

Online Return Policy

All discounted items, including items purchased on sale or with a coupon, are final sale.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to recieve credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial credit is granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Any customer with a high rate of returns can lose their ability to continue to return items.

Credits and Refunds (if applicable)

We return items for credit only. If the item you receieved was damaged or not as described, please contact us directly through The Fashion Shack Anderson's facebook page via Messenger or at owners@thefashionshack.com, and we will make sure to make the issue right! 

Late or missing credits (if applicable)

Please contact us directly through The Fashion Shack Anderson's facebook page via Messenger or at owners@thefashionshack.com, and we will either walk you through how to find your credit, or make sure it has been applied to your account.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
